How it works

1. Prospects are given the opportunity to visit a doorway page with the personal URL for your company's affiliates/distributors. This page has a minimal amount of “bait” information and an opt-in form for the visitor to receive more information. Generating traffic to a doorway page is very simple. We can provide you will all the tools, lists and training on how to accomplish this. After a prospect fills out the form and clicks “Get More Information” three things happen:

(a) The prospect enters a dynamic presentation site or a flash presentation.

(b) The prospect starts receiving follow-up, pre-written e-mail autoresponders customized with the affiliate personal contact information for the next 90 days.

(c) The system sends the company and your affiliates an e-mail notification with the prospect name, e-mail and phone number saying that he or she has entered the site. (EMAIL NOTIFICATION #1)

2. The prospect is walking through the presentation. This is a strong, benefit-oriented presentation about your opportunity that is cleverly designed, with short bodies of text, to build curiosity and draw your prospect deeper into the pages, forcing them to keep moving to the next page.

3. A the end of the presentation they are asked to fill out a “second form”. They re-submit their name, phone number and e-mail address but also their level of interest. They can choose low, medium, high, and very high.

4. At this point, the system sends your company and your affiliates a “second e-mail” notifying that a prospect has filled out the second form, giving again their contact information, plus their level of interest. (EMAIL NOTIFICATION #2)

We are finding that about 50% of people that fill out the first form will read the entire presentation and fill out the second form with their level of interest being high or very high. These are hot prospects just waiting for a follow-up call or are ready to automatically enroll. The other 70% that have entered the site and may or may not have seen the entire presentation are also valuable leads. The autoresponders will convince a percentage of them to re-enter the site, take another look, get more information and contact the prospecting affiliate.

When people take the time to go through the system and fill out the second form they are no longer strangers. They know about the opportunity, they have contact information and autoresponders stay in touch with them for 90 days.
